I'm new to this forum, having heared about it on Wednesday while actually in Calis (got back at 6:13 this morning :(). Myself and my wife are non resident owners (but hope to retire out in Calis in about 5 years :D).

@valentine: hope your deeds come thru quickly (ours took about 4 weeks I think). We have just got back to UK :( but are already booked for the last week in September :) and hopefully I can sort out work so I can go out for Christmas too :).

I'm Glenn & my wife is Val, we're 42ish and **ish (I'm not brave enough to give her age out without her permission) :). We bought a property in July 2002 (before the property market bent totally crazy) at Serinkent Sitesi and have enjoyed some (though not enough :() wonderful holidays there already.

@Rimms: We live in #44, opposite side to you, on the main road (the one with the dead rubber tree in the garden). Do you know if Ali would be prepared to remove said tree (for a fee of course)?
Where do all you people meet & when? Is there a particular bar / restaurant, time of day when you all congregate? It would be nice to put faces to the names.
