Title: New market opening soon
Post by: chewyturk on November 08, 2008, 19:16:41 PM
There's a new market opening soon.
It's in the new apartments on the main road....

If you're on the dolmus returning to Deliktas, just after passing Melfin Market (previously Zeki Baba) the Dolmus will turn left to head upto GV aparts. The market is on that corner.

We saw them knocking out what was probably a very important peice of masonry to create a larger opening and then putting a patio door in the gap and sticking a bit of paper on it saying market. God life is so exciting up our neck of the woods.

I don't want to get you all even more excited up there but rumour has it they are talking about putting a litter bin on one of the lamp posts.

Now this has a hint of a ridiculous rumour about it. Rubbish bins? What's the point nobody uses them.

Hope it doesn't become too commercialised - we may end up getting pavements and a dolmus service that is practical  :o
