Title: Brits Pay Less Tax

The amount of tax collected from UK citizens and businesses fell by £7bn in January. Still I don't suppose this will stop Daily Mail readers contending that we Brits are over-taxed (a value judgement with which I don't agree) and claiming that we are the most taxed country on the planet (an entirely spurious remark - i.e. a lie - concocted by some of their besotted hacks after a heavy lunch).
