I went onto the Turkish Airline Website to find flights from Dalaman to Istanbul for when we come over in May. I found flights for 69 lira singles so it works out at 396 YTL for return flights for two.
I tried to book on-line but after filling in lots of pages including my passport number I was told I must join the "Club". I joined the club and was given a membership number and was told I would receive an email to confirm. I did not. Next day I tried again to book. I put in my membership number went through all the pages again only to be told I could not book until I clicked into the email they had sent me confirming my membership!!!!! I have now written three emails to Turkish Airlines and received no reply.
I rang Turkish Airlines in London and was told I could book with them on the phone and it would be cheaper. It turned out it would be £186.00 each to book via the telephone.
The guy told me I could not book online because I was not in Turkey!!!
Does anyone know just how to book with Turkish Airlines or should we just give up?
Any help appreciated.
