if you are trying to phone an english mobile number from turkey do you have to put in the dialling code for england or just dial the mobile number. thanks

Yes you need the code as well.

I dont think you need the code if you are ringing an English mobile from an English mobile but if you do use the code it will still go through.

if the english mobile begins with 0770 what code do you have to dial first and do you have to miss the first zero off the english mobile , thanks

dial 0044 and leave off the zero
