Title: Tapu names

My tapu has mine and wife's name and photos on what i want to know is ,if i sell the house has my wife got to sign anything, bearing in mind she would be in u.k. how could i get round that how would i go about removing her name from tapu thanks.by the way she does want to sell as well.

I think the signature side could be sorted by using a P O A.But I think to remove one name would mean going through the whole purchase procedure again,including 3% purchase tax,military clearance ect and I believe its very expensive.Im not an expert but that is how I understand it to be.Others may know Lance but stand by for the flak.!!!

Lance, when you've landed [:o)], grab a Translator, go to the Notary, swear POA's for each other, job done :P ;)

I have got the poa for my wife to get her name taken off the tapu, where would the the next place to go  thanks
