Start up pack for one month is around 175 TL. Cheaper than UK where it's around 145 pounds if you buy it.

I have started yesterday. Lets hope.

Post by: bev on May 07, 2009, 07:24:55 AM: I used Champix and have not smoked for 8 months, they are excellent they really do work. I think I took the tablets for about 18 days before my quit date. (I had these on perscription from my Dr)
I had been trying to stop smoking for the last 10 yrs and never lasted very long.

Post by: captainjon on May 08, 2009, 16:38:31 PM: I could take the P--s here but I know how hard it is.I watched a documentary one evening about lung cancer.After a lot of years in the military with cheap cigs.In the mess,in the pub,whatever.But after watching a surgeon cutting open lungs one by one and seeing the black cancerous growths that look like mushrooms inside these lung sections,I never smoked again after that night.The very best to you,stick with it,you will win!!!!!!!!

Post by: kevin b on May 09, 2009, 09:13:06 AM: Anyone trying to quit it keep it up it will be better for you allround.What my wife did was every day she was quiting was put the money she would spend on cigs in a pot then when she quit after a month she had a lot of money saved up & guess what a woman would spend it yes more clothes.
She now can't stand the smell of smoke & can smell it on peoples clothes & breath when she passes them.
