is there anywhere in calis /gunlukbasi where you can buy portable land line phones .

Lance if you mean the type that sit in a holder when not in use and work wirelessly,then all of the supermarkets sell them as well as most of the mobile phone shops.
On a slightly different tack,If you have ADSL[internet] via a wireless connection do you still have to pay the land line telephone connection rental,we never use the land line phone only Skype and mobiles
