Hi - as we plan to come to our apartment in future years for 6 months - with a trip to Meis or back home to the UK in the middle of our stay to get our visa stamped - does anyone know if there is a multi trip policy that we can buy that covers 2 trips of 90 days??
I have seen 180 day Single Trip policies at very reasonable prices but I assume we need multi-trip as we have to leave Turkey in the middle of our stay each year.
Ian :)
I have tried the search function but can't find an answer......

Try Travel Insurance Web, go via Quidco for up to 20% cashback.

The trip to the UK on purely monetary terms is the expensive option. You can get a package deal for the visa run for 75 TL, cheaper on a DIY basis plus the cost of the visa. If you build Duty frees into the equation it is a steal. Selo's new boat makes it a very nice trip....went last week. I am willing to negotiate a deal on the DF's if you don't want to take advantage:D (http://)(http://i153.photobucket.com/albums/s233/tribalelder/P1050570.jpg)

Brian - I think the issue might be that you cannot have a single trip policy for 180 days if you leave Turkey to go to Meis and return as it could be viewed as multi trip - but I am not sure???
Maybe it is only multi trip if you come back to UK after 90 days and then go back to Turkey????
In fact come to think of it - if you leave the UK and don;t return for 180 days but visited numerous countries - I suppose that could be called a single trip ??????
As I don't drink I could be very useful Duty Free contact!!! :)
