Hello there I am Mo
and myself and my husband are planning to leave the UK behind
and come to live in Calis in the near future.
We are hoping to find somehwere to rent for a year, so as we
can be sure that the Turkish lifestyle is one, that we can
keep up with 8)
This forum has come as a pleasant surprise after wading
through the internet trying to find some thing to suit us.
So Hello all you sun lovers hope to be there soon

My wife and I are new to thje forum and to Turkey having purchased back in July but not yet able to get across until house is completed next May

hi tintin,we are hoping to move over to calis in april next year we would like to rent a house to start with then buy do you have a property in the area hello to you bob where is your property is it in the calis area good luck to you also :)reguards mo

I am sure when you rent for 1 yr that within a couple of months you will feel ready to buy - good luck and hope all goes well for you

Yes we have bought, 18months ago, love it there feels like home and are selling our house next year with the intention of moving the following April ish! You will be an old hand by then and will be able to offer us all advise, so good luck with your venture.
