There seems to be a problem with Telekom's routing. There's no route to Yahoo mail servers. Nothing to do with Yahoo though (com or co.uk).

This is most certainly a routing problem that affects certain Yahoo IP groups. I have problems accessing flickr too. Not much we can do until Turk Telekom fixes it.

Apparently the problem affects certain Yahoo IP ranges. 217.146.176.*, 217.12.11.*, 66.196.65.*, 217.12.8.* are some of them. You can't access your email account because its IP is probably in one of these ranges.

It could be that Yahoo is sharing an IP with a banned site such as youtube (if it`s still banned)

Tried Cenk's alternative and can get access that way.  mail2mail did not work for me on yahoo or tiscali using IE:(
