It depends on your means of travel.
Why would anybody want to travel all that way, They have a Burgerking in Fethiye now  :D

About three and a half hours......assuming you are going by bus. :)  Regular service every half hour during the day from Fethiye Otogar.

The journey from the "Four Roads" traffic lights close to Gokova (turnoff from the Fethiye-Mugla road) through the hills to Marmaris is worth the bus fare by itself. Lovely scenery - and look out for the roadside display of copperware at the right hand side of the road on the bend at the end of Cetibeli*.

* This assumes you are going by bus. If driving you should watch out for the Jandarma check point at exactly the same spot that hauls in drivers distracted by the flashing sunlight from the display.

They are a litle bit stuck in their ways...been going to Marmaris for years as they made really good friends with the owners of the hotel.  I hope Calis is as lovely as everybody says, I'm really looking forward  :) to it!
