went to a great new pillates class at flash hotel on monday at 10 oclock realy nice experienced teacher  good for all ages 8tl a class

Have never done Piates before is it ok for a beginner?

Is this class going to be on all through the Summer.  The wife is interested as she does this at home and needs something to tone up all that Efes whilst in Calis over the Summer. Lol.

as far as i know she is here till october...and yes its fine for beginners she is starting off realy gently so get in at the beginning and we will have great bodies ready to sleep and eat all winter:D

just keep walking past the aqua park towards fethiye and you will come to it
