Title: Cement Factory Donations
Post by: Eric on July 06, 2009, 10:23:12 AM: Just to let you all know we, the expats of Uzumlu, British & German, have just donated another 2880tl towards the payment of the lawyers fees.
As of Sunday there was only a balance of only 3000tl approx to finalise the bill and the Turkish committee still had to collect donations from Icirikoy.We hope to have a final figure within the week.
So many thanks to all who have supported the cause and helped raise money and we only have a small way to go before we can all say "It's finally finished" and from start to finish it took 2 years.
