Title: Only using the flights on a holiday deal

We are looking to book flights for October to attend a wedding but at present they are going to cost £400 for the 2 of us. I have been looking at booking a holiday but only using the flights from it. I can get a holiday for £350 for the 2 of us, flying into Dalaman. Can we just use the flight portion of the holiday, arrange our own transfer from Dalaman and use our own apartment for the week?
