Had terrible trouble last year trying to figure out what was skimmed milk and semi-skimmed milk - can anyone help me please?

skimmed milk normally has 0 yag written on it... Sek do skimmed milk in a pink carton. Semi-skimmed is yarim yagli sut.

For semi-skimmed milk, look out for bottles like the one on the right of the picture in supermarkets. Make sure though, that it doesn't say Ayran. That's a yoghurt drink.
