Title: Car registration costs

What are the costs involved to transfer ownership & registering car if I buy a car already registered to a foreigner & costs if I buy off a Turkish person.Is it easy to do?

NO its  not easy get someone to do it for you if you need m.o.t. and tax  cost about500/600 ytl

You CAN do it yourself but you'll still have to pay about 50 TL for a translator at the Noter. It's far easier to pay one of the Trafik Burasi to take care of it all on your behalf. They'll charge around 30 to 50 TL depending on which one you go to.
