Title: emergency telephone numbers ?

can someone please tell me the emergency telephone numbers used in the fethiye region ? i have a place in ovacik and sometimes let family stay there and wanted to write the numbers down incase they ever need an ambulance or police . thanks

The area is covered by the Jandarma NOT the Polis.

Jandarma 156
Fire Brigade 110
Forestry Fire 177
Central Ambulance Control 112

Alan, if you are using a UK mobile, would these numbers work without any prefix?

The polis cover what are (were) designated predominately urban areas, the Jandarma rural areas.  However as settlements grow then its not always the case that the polis/jandarma boundaries move as well.  Maybe a little simplistic but there you are.  From speaking to Turkish freinds then the Jandarma are essentialy striaght (Military discipline etc) whereas the polis are not always considered in the same light.
