Can anyone advise me where the Sunday market is located in Calis ? will be stopping at the oriant resort (next to aqua park) is it far to walk to ? and what sort of things so they sell ?, will go the the market in Fethiye on tuesday also as i have been there before, maybe on the bus.

Come out of your hotel and turn left to traffic lights.
turn right at the lights and go about 4ooyds. up to the roundabout
which has the Aydin Pide restaraunt on it and turn right. It is on this road another 400 yds on the left.
Enjoy :D  Sells mainly fruit and veg. also clothing,shoes,leather goods and jewelry.

or turn right out of the hotel cross the road turn left up the main road and go to the top turn right and market is on the left hand side (bit quicker if you are walking)

or get the  Fethiye dolmus from the main street, it detours to the market on sundays ;)

Calis Market is a mini version of the Fethiye Tuesday market all the same stuff.  In fact,
we have stopped going to the market in Fethiye now as we can always find what we want in
Calis, the Market is far easier to move around and not as hot and sweaty as the Fethiye Market.

Thanks, forgot to ask what time does it start and finish ?  Will prob walk down if its not to far away.
