Delph given permission to talk to Villa who have met Leeds' valuation of the player.
Will City jump in and up the bid?
Sky Sports reckons £6-8 million. Bates said he wanted £8 mill so lets see how serious Man City are now :)
Stupid money for a 19 year old but this guy is the real deal.
Just hope we get him back on loan but I doubt it :(
