What rubbish....if you have an interest bearing account here you will have paid the tax on that interest at source

Also i am sure that i have seen somewhere Turkish government will not divulge assets held in turkey

Interesting to read that previous undivulgable information on Britons holding accounts abroad was very much divulged with tax free payments to employees from our Government to whistle blow. Certainly feasible in Turkey...

Not so. The tax man in the UK will also want to know what interest you have earned - add it to your UK income and tax you at base rate or high rate. They will however take into account any tax you have paid in Turkey. This applies to income from renting also.
