Good riddance to bad rubbish. The odd times I have watched over the past 10 years, and I can count those occasions on one hand, it has been mindless and childish garbage.

Why, is he on Big Brother?
-
great news,it's become a load of rubbish
-
become? it's always been rubbish
-
It could be an excellent basis for a programme, but the people running it haven't got a clue. Their ideas for amusing tasks are nothing more than childish nonsense. Big Brother himself sounds more like a clueless student than a supposed powerful authority. A fascination with picking gays and lesbians to take part seemed to take over any attempt to reflect the balance of UK society. If brushing your teeth with smelly cheese is their idea of entertaining people at 9pm on prime time terrestrial television, I'm amazed it lasted as long as it did.

No chance - he's on a massive contract paid for by the lovely TV License payers:(
-
Stoop.I think KKOB means next out the door!!Axed!! One can but hope. :)
-
I`ve never watched it, all these reality TV shows are just a cheap way of filling up viewing time.
They`ll think up another crap programme to take it`s place.

I agree - the first series was very good. It might be interesting if 12 CBF members volunteered. Would you watch :)

Why would they axe someone who they have on a long contract? They missed their chance to sack him the other month but as usual the BBC bottled it fearing a massive court case.
I dislike the guy intensely but he's with us for the duration I'm afraid.
It's Webstar by the way Tinx ;)

Hoo ray not before time
Ron

by the way Stoop, that was Scunners post:D

I enjoyed BB. I think its something you need to 'get in to' to see the point of it. People watching, -fascinating. If you just saw the highlights, you would not understand. Its like watching a soap, pointless unless you know the people and the plot. Yes, I KNOW I am sad. My sons tell me all the time..... LOL!

Don't you like Farmville as well:D
-
Good one!. Actually I am teetering on the edge of abandoning farm, as I did with Farm Town. I just cant be bothered with it once I have tried it out for a while.
-
Perhaps mooooove on? :)

Baaaaaaaaah

I think if you could see the current crop of homosexuals, bisexuals, lesbians, oversized manufactured breasted and general wanabee nobodies you may agree with the millions that have switched off even since the last series Linda. Hardly a personality brain cell between them and the things they are asked to do by the powers that be appear to have been thought up by a primary school child.
I've nothing against people who are gay whatsoever, their PRIVATE life is their PRIVATE life. It may be politically incorrect to say so, but I just don't want to see two men snuggling and giggling under a duvet together on prime time TV. Call me old fashioned if you like [:o]
-
Have just got back from 2 weeks in UK, where I popped in on BB and agree it is a bit of a freak show, and has been for a few years now. But, in the end even the freaks have a side to them (a soft, or hard underbelly) and it is (or can be) interesting to see them let their guard down and reveal that. Even if they don't, there's always a chance they will. The game (for the viewer) is to try to work out who is genuine or not. To see who is playing the game, and to guess who will be the next one out.
Then there's trying to work out if the voting is fixed.......
-
Old fashioned ! More like dinosaur :D
-
Lucky for you that your tastes are catered for then! You watch homosexuals wriggling lovingly together in bed at 9pm, I'll watch something else, something my kids are able to watch on non-school nights. Takes all sorts I suppose, enjoy.
-
Yes, takes all sorts indeed - thank god everyone is different !!!
-
Well you certainly appear to be :D
-
I'd rather watch gloss paint dry!!
-
Hammerite for me..
-
You and your front door. :) :)
-
Well if I can't watch BB, I will watch the Hammerite dry. I suppose... :(

That`s two of us then, I can`t imagine anything I`d like less than watching two poofs rolling about in bed doing what poofters do. [:(!]
-
Correct that's two then !
I know it bumps up your posts but it's not really worth commenting if you didn't see it. It was nothing like that at all. It was a couple of minutes out of 10 weeks of footage where nobody could see if anything was going on or not. And the easy solution of course is to not watch it, but I don't think you did anyway :)
-
Yes belt up Crabbit, don't deprive Grant of the couple of minutes footage over 10 weeks that he enjoyed the most :D
-
And that from a man who has a hissy fit if someone twists what he has said. Tut tut. 95 % of what I have seen was much more worthy of comment than that little bit, but you seem very hung up on it.
-
We're having a laugh Grant, grow up man. Light hearted banter about a pile of rubbish on TV. You are the one that is taking it seriously and having "hissy fits" :D
-
Come on - I didn't think for a minute it wasn't banter ??? Banter only works if it's two ways. You've got to be able to take a bit back !!!:D:D
-
Correct, you've saved me a hissy fit :)

No I didn`t
As I said before "I can`t imagine anything I`d like less than watching two poofs rolling about in bed doing what poofters do" :D
Oh my god, the poofs on here will on my back now (not literally thank god). : :): :)

Oh come on Crabbit, you must be able to; what a sad collapse of imagination. We expect rather better from worldly wise senior citizens.
