what a shame H, but that is life as we now know it
maybe one day they will miss their roots and go back

Sadly it's been like that for generations.

Something that has been going on since the Industrial revolution. I have traced my family history and my family moved from Strontian to Bradford at the start of the revolution for better opportunity.

A lot of my early family left Ireland to go to the USA and the UK,as it was a better option than starving! What I find amusing is that second generation "migrants"have returned to my moms village from the USA quite wealthy, and bought the "best" properties on a hill overlooking the sea.The locals now resent this and it is called Yanks Hill.
Cant bleedin' win,eh.
