Title: Shopping--internet or shops?

Is it just me???
I booked a holiday---half the paperwork was missing throwing me into a panic.  Several phone calls.

I bought a fridge freezer and got confirmation online but no folow up email.  Two calls later I was told it had not gone through because it was out of stock.  Why not send me an email to let me know?
I went to shop on saturday and was told a F/F would be delivered next day.  ---It wasn,t.  Back to shop to get money back.

Went on the net and ordered F/F from another source.  Booked for this friday.  Sale went through only to be told delivery date was 18/09/2009.  I would be on holiday??? if I only had the details to confirm:(
Cancelled order.  Two seconds to get money out of account five days to put it back in?????????

Went into shop at lunchtime today, saw F/F, bought F/F, delivered this afternoon through private courier.   Tickets arrived and the now life is wonderful.

Now you've got the fridge/freezer you can chill out.   :)
