Title: Interesting Rental Proposition

Something a bit out of the ordinary this :D

I have been contacted by a couple we know to say they have a place in Cobanlar which is near Kemer (Fethiye Kemer not Antalya Kemer) and they are now living quite a distance away for the foreseeable future.

They would be interested to hear from anyone who is looking to rent for a medium to long term - but they are looking for someone who will look after the garden and pool far more than making a large rent income.

If someone is looking for a place, they are looking at charging a small rent in return for having someone taking care of their place. Could be a very good proposition if that sounds like you.

Bugger me (not litrally :D)

If I was retired and not still with a  few years to go would jump at it! Rather pay a gardener to do my place here and look after theirs for a few months in Kemer! Nice there!
