Hi please could anybody give us information on how we go about getting prescription medication do we just buy them direct from the pharmacy or do we need to see a doctor? we are on blood pressure tablets and asthma medication thanks a lot

You can buy them straight over the counter if you visit a pharmacy. If you bring what you are taking in the UK, they have a sort of dictionary of medicines, and can give you the local alternative. Prices vary, some are very cheap and some aren't.

The chemists sell most drugs over the counter take in the empty packaging but if they wont you can go and see the doctor he will give you a prescription not very expensive

narcotic type drugs have to be prescribed bye a doctor

Quite right Stuart, when I said you could get them from a pharmacy I was referring to the blood pressure tablets. Cocaine isn't readily available over the counter :D

Do I need residency to bring my two dogs "Lisinoprol and Atenolol" out to Turkey? or just a prescription?

I`ve been prescribed Intravenous Viagra and have to take it for the rest of my life.

depends which counter ur buying from scunner!!
 seriously , was referring to the medical term narcotic as in opium based drugs etc.
