Title: Promises Auction - my fantastic prize!

OK, I probably wouldn't normally tell anyone this but I bid for the hand made, made to measure basque in this year's promises auction and won it!

I wanted to tell you what a lovely, lovely lady Debbie was who made it.  She was in the middle of making a whole bridal collection including the most amazing wedding dress but still managed to make my item during the two weeks we were there.  She is so very talented and with very reasonable prices - I will definitely be returning!  She can turn her hand to anything - clothing, wedding items, household etc.

Does she do curtain alterations do you know? I had my curtains and sun curtains made as a long curtain and would now like them made into two curtains!

Indeed she will!  Just checked her list and it includes soft furnishings and curtains....

We are really happy that you are pleased with your promise Lynne, it is great to receive feedback and it is nice for the donors to know that they are not only appreciated but have helped to make a difference for the kids.
