This new hp laptop has vista on it just lately ,lots probs with google mail and system restore ,very slow,running,is it possible to uninstall vista and put XP on it cheers.[^]

yes it is lance but you should really not have those problems with vista. i would get your settings checked out first.

I have Vista on my laptop and have not had any problems with it.
I believe you can contact microsoft and they will free issue you with the XP operating system if you are a disgruntled Vista user.
Not sure if this extends to Turkey though.

I have sorted a couple of problems out ,the last one is google mail has gone on to new version,which is a lot slower than the old version there is a button that says older version which takes it back but you have to do it every time is there anyway i can have the older one installed. ;)

Can't stand Vista - had it taken off the laptop and XP put back on by the computer shop next to Park Cafe in Fethiye.  It's a lot faster and user friendly now.

vista is bad but now have had windows 7 for several months and is much more stable and reliable.
