I believe you can contact microsoft and they will free issue you with the XP operating system if you are a disgruntled Vista user.
Not sure if this extends to Turkey though.

Post by: lance on October 03, 2009, 11:05:06 AM: I have sorted a couple of problems out ,the last one is google mail has gone on to new version,which is a lot slower than the old version there is a button that says older version which takes it back but you have to do it every time is there anyway i can have the older one installed. ;)
