I have stayed in such a place in fethiye. It is really for back packers wanting somewhere cheap and cheerfull to saty. The place was clean and the breakfast good. The downside was there was no hot water and every time we turned on the heating it was swiftly turned off so think it was on a timer. It was october and heat and water was needed..still it was only £5.00 a night. hence i only stayed 1 night.
