Title: New Bank charges

I used the AK bank ATM twice in the last week to draw money out using my Fortis Card, as I have a few times in the past. When I checked my account on line there is a 4tl charge for each transaction.
I checked this with Alper at Fortis and all Turkish Banks are now charging 4tl to use another banks ATM from last week, you can now check your balance on other banks machines.

will this mean using the Nationwide card in Turkey is now gonna be 4tl a go?

i doubt it, for the moment anyway.
