However there is a paragraph in the above website which has confused me

Post by: pookie on October 14, 2009, 08:29:27 AM: What about individual human rights....I always make the bells ring at the airport, and I wouldn't want anyone putting me in a machine so they could view my wobbly bits !! I think the best part is some one has a job title of 'Head of Customer experience'......wonderful !
