Ticker just gave me this info, personally I can't believe it, he says there are no flights showing?

We have tickets booked to come in on 2nd Dec. but they are internal flights.

eek, thats scarey...flying out on 21st Dec.  Hope no one is effected....how bizarre.

There are no flights showing on Skyscanner because Thomas cook and OnurAir have no flights during this period due to "Lack of interest".

There are however loads of flights from the UK between these dates with Pegasus Airlines, who are not subscribed to Skyscanner.

Pasha, We are flying with Pegasus but its not direct so it becomes an internal flight from Istanbul.

I know that Pegasus go via Istanbul, I was just pointing out that there are flights into Dalaman during the period mentioned so the airport is not actually closed.  ;)

Maybe there is a restriction on international flights - I can't answer that one. [?]

I hope not, I have Aegean flights booked to arrive on December 20th.

Don't Scunner - that happened to us a few years back going home over Brussells from Dalaman and it was scarey! Nearly wet myself when I looked out of the window and saw a fighter jet coming towards us.

surely if you fly in from Istanbul you will fly into the interal terminal "old dalaman"

Hi everyone, just had an email from the dalaman airport director who states that the airport will be open to all air traffic without interruption, it will not close.
