Hi Guys, after 2 years of researching, I have decided to take the plunge and buy an Apartment in Ovacik. This decison has not been easy but I love the area and have had some of my best holidays there. I am already using the really useful forum and have made a few postings already getting really good advice in response. I look forward to picking up the thread on lots of topics so thanks for the welcome and here is to many more postive chats.

Welcome Kevin - I'm sure you won't regret it, we certainly haven't and we've been living in Ovacik 3 years this month. Hope you enjoy living the dream  8)

Welcome to the forum Kevin.  Lots of us have taken the plunge and bought our little "place in the sun".  Best thing we've ever done!  Good luck with your purchase!   :)

Try "llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch" if you dare guys!! I used to leave there, it is a lovely village on the Isle of Anglesey but not as lovely as a place in the sun!
