I can only find Thomas cook flights  for Jan is there anyone else from gatwick.

Pegasus (flypgs.com) fly to Stanstead via Istanbul and the prices are not bad

Dont Easyjet fly from Gatwick to Dalaman?
We have just got back and used Pegasus, not too bad, delayed 30 mins going and 15 mins coming back but not too bad, good basic airline with good prices.

Easyjet only fly to Dalaman in the summer but still have flights to Istanbul in the winter.

Onur air fly from Gatwick during the winter months, on a Monday I think unless it's changed.
