Title: Ladies Tea Afternoon
Post by: phil1839 on December 14, 2009, 18:22:40 PM: The Uzumlu Secondary School(Big Pink School)in the Village have organised a tea afternoon on Saturday 19th December between 1 and 4pm at the Wedding Salon behind the Belediye Offices. They want to raise money for the school to repair the roof, basement and renew heating etc. The tea afternoon will bring all women together, English and Turkish to meet and have a chat. A donation of 5 lira for the tickets is greatly appreciated. All refreshments(Tea and Cakes)are included in the Ticket Price.
There is also a Tombola being held on the day. If anyone could donate a prize for the tombola it would be much appreciated, please give any prizes to Eddie at Mustapha's, Phil and Pat or bring it along on the Day.
Tickets are available from Eddie or Minnie.
