Lets hope that the "legislative proposals" don't take too long to become reality.

Please leave your comments at the bottom of the news article.

Can I inform "the authorities" that my turkish neighbours have a 7mth old puppy that is tied up 24/7 on a balcony, has no water, gets fed once a day on bread and milk and nothing to lay on.
I take it out for walks, feed and water it and have provided a bed.
I'm sure no one would be bloody interested, it makes me so mad, cant see what the what the point of owning the dog is for. Its not even a guard dog.
A very upset Bee:(

Busy Bee, If the puppy you are looking after is a bitch I bet they will breed from it [:(!] money money money !
-
Would like to tie your neighbours up 24/7, see how they like it [:(!]
Like turkish people but find some some of their attitudes to animals very hard to tolerate. [:(!]

I just hate reading things like that bee, bless you for doing what you do, its extremely cruel and I think you should report it.
