Title: Want House Phone , But No resid Permit

Hi everyone
We need a Normal Telephone installed into our Apartment, but we don't have a Residence Permit.

Does anyone know how to get around that ,without going to the expense of getting this R-Permit

Get Turk or someone with res permit to put line in their name.

Do you need a permit for a abnormal phone or just a normal one  :)

My neighbour who has residency did it for me plus adsl ;)
