Title: Girls Boxing in Fethiye

Have you seen the article in today's Hurriyet Daily News about young girls learning to box in Fethiye. A man called John Hockton is training them apparently and they are keen learners. :)They seem to have plenty of support from their fathers too. :D

Has anyone else been headbutted or attacked like that? The only headbutting I have witnessed was by a couple of goats.

I believe that this is the Fethiye Boxing Club and that it is for both boys and girls.

john is a good friend of mine and as been into boxing/trainingfor years in england and he is doing a great job by helping the young turkish girls and boys enjoy boxing

Hi. I'am Johns wife. He's just gone training and my neightbour had said about he's name on the calis forum. Fethiye boxing club are looking for more boys and girls (Turkish and English).They have several english lads training.They were on the local tv channel yesterday evening and the championships were held in Fethiye last sunday.

 What ages are the children and where is the club if anyone is interested? Does it cost anything to join? How often do you train?

I am asking in case anyone reading this is interested in joining you.

How did you get on in the championships?Just taking part is good!

its a great boxing club my hubby and son go there mon wed fri 8 oclock

Who knows where the boxing place is and how much it is?? As imp thinking of getting my girl into it as she always bored after school and maybe she would enjoy it! P Or my son Jake maybe !? And if anyone else goes there?? is it a good boxing club ?? Many thanks Heather xx
