Have been suffering with cramps in my legs but only at night times and recently read drinking tonic water in the evening can help Guess what  It works for me

It works because Tonic water has Quinine in it, for night cramps you should be able to get Quinine Sulphate tables from any pharmacy.
 
But only to supplement your Gin +Tonic intake of course.:D:D

I have good news and bad news; tonic water no longer has quinine in it, but I find more gin compensates, hick.  :-\

Dehydration can cause leg cramps - so maybe it was the water that was helping  :)

hubblesbubbles if you put a few lightweight magnets in the Duvet cover at the bottom (your feet end!) that will really help too!  :)
