Hi Jackie
We brought a system out from the UK, it is wireless so no need for wires, it is plug and play, has battery back up in case of power cuts, comes with remote fobs, simple click to arm and click to turn off

cadvanti - if it's 'wireless' why would it be a problem if there was a power cut? Does this system have an outside siren or is it one that's plugged into a wall socket?

I have a B&Q system at home that runs solely on battery power. The outside siren has a re-chargeable battery powered by sunlight. Inside there is a wall mounted control panel which is battery operated and we have a remote key fob also. They cost about £150+ depending on what extras you want. We also have two door contacts, one of which protects the patio doors.

It works well and apart from having to go up the ladders it was a doddle to fit.

Has anyone used Pronet?  Or any other alarm company in the Fethiye area.  I would like any recommendations.  You can PM me if you'd rather.

We had an alarm fitted by Teknolojistic, in Fethiye. We are pleased with the job Zafer did.   Now we feel happier.

We know of a few people in Uzumlu who have used Teknolojistic and they are happy too :D

Rindaloo, do you have contact details?  How does the system work, one-off payment or monthly? Thanks

This system is a one off payment.  I understand his after sales is good.

We've used him and after 2 years are still pleased with it. He came back to sort out a few problems last week and charged us 20tl which we thought was good as it was out of guarantee. :D
Rindi glad to hear you are happy with his service and you can sleep better and relax when you go out.

It IS wireless.  But what we paid is only relevant to our house as we may have a different system to what you would have.

Btw, the system is connected to phone and dials 5 numbers in turn.  There are two remotes for arming the system.  So its all down to the push of one button to arm and one to disarm.  There is also a panic button.
