I've been trying to send Ozlen an email for a few days now, but it keeps bouncing back,
Does anyone have an alternative email address for her that I could try please?

Yes ozlenozergin@gmail.com got through to her, but a recent reply I had was from info@ozergin-kose.av.tr

Hi Jim, it is the info one that keeps bouncing back, takes almost 24 hours to come back and got this message.

I sent some scanned attachments and was worried that was the problem, hopefully it will work on the gmail one. I've googled the message error, but seems to be lots of reports of the error, but no definitive reason for it. I'm sure there will be a teccy on here who knows!

Don't know if this helps but, after sending emails to a friend for years, they are now bouncing back non-delivered.  Same email address.  This is from a hotmail to hotmail address.  Perhaps the attachment is too big?  If you have a Yahoo address I'd try sending from that.

i was sending from yahoo. In the end i copied and pasted the info from the docs into the body of the email and it sent no problem
