Does anyone know if l can use the return flight only with KTHY.  l have booked out and back but looks like l will have to postpone my outward flight ?

Best way to find out is to phone them @ the london sales office  in the morning after 930 am ..click on KTHY web page contact us heading

Yes we did this no problem at Christmas when we had all the carryon with BA. I know some airlines cancel your flight if you don't use the outward portion, but I phoned the London office and they said no problem. My husband wasn't sure but it did work. Also AFTER you have used the return portion you can claim back the taxes on the unused portion. It has to be from a sales office. I think we go 31ytl each.

I have done this with Onur air, I just emailed Aegean to advise them that I could not take the out flight but wanted the return. If you do it soon enough then there is no charge, I however got charged £25 for the privalige of not using the outward bound flight.
