Can anyone tell me approximately how long it would take to drive from Calis to Kusadasi please?

about 4 hours approx

Yes 4 to 4 and a half hours depending on weather conditions. It's a nice journey, all of the roads are good, but remember if you are using the motorway, have some change ready for the toll booths.

Did it last Tuesday,took 3 hrs 40 mins going ,4 hrs coming back.

speaking from experiance..lol..dont try and take what looks like to be shorts cuts on the road maps..stick to the main roads
