Title: Who said that
Post by: Highlander on March 06, 2010, 21:53:06 PM
Well if I had said another quiz you may not have taken a look.

Who are these quotes attributed.

The man who views the world at 50 the same as he did at 20 has wasted 30 years of his life.

Now this is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning.

Money can't buy friends, but it can get you a better class of enemy.

When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.

If you drink, don't drive. Don't even putt.

If my critics saw me walking over the Thames they would say it was because I couldn't swim.

My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.

I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book.

Lack of money is the root of all evil.

It's not true I had nothing on. I had the radio on

My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.

I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day.

I'm very surprised by that answer as you know I don't carry around £20 notes and never ever buy a round with more than two drinks in it.
