Just reported ....it seems there was an earthquake in eastern Turkey in the early hours of this morning with 17 deaths announced.

Its over 40 now it happened just outside Elazig  about 560 miles n/e of fethiye. ;)

It happened in east part of Turkey in the city Elazig. Magnitude is 6. Unfortunatelly 57 people are killed.
No one died in city centre. All deaths are from villages, in the houses made of wet clay bricks.
