I would like to introduce myself as a new forum member. I bought an apartment back in May when I visited my Dad who lives out there.

He convinced me to invest some of my pennies in the property market, so on a Friday morning after a heavy night, I viewed a couple of places and put pen to paper.

We completed 2 weeks ago and now have an apartment in Calis.

Looking forward to 2005, and hopefully get to know some people before I visit.

I've been reading this site for months and now feel I can join the many jolly people who enjoy Turkey.

Lemon Houses, just off the main dolmus road, was still a bit drunk last time I was there so wouldn't be able to find it now. My Dad has been keeping tabs on it while I've been slaving away in the UK.
Looking forward to getting out there in spring.

Lemon is easy to find and yes it is on the bus route to Fethiye.

And thanks for all your welcome messages. I am sure I'll know Calis better after my next visit.

My dad lives in Fethiye, and has a boat for charter on the marina. I will certainly introduce him to the Forum when he is back. (About a week I last heard).

He has an interest in the apartment, so it will be good for him to learn more about Calis and meet some of the full-timers out there.

I'm sure i'll have plenty of questions as time goes by!

When does Dalaman open its doors to International flights again? I want to be on the first plane out!
