To clear a stuck print job, follow this procedure:-

Click Start
Control Panel
Administrative tools
Click Services
Scroll to print spooler, click to highlight and click stop the service.
Now click restart

You may have to repeat this procedure if more than one job is stuck ;)

Lance,Why dont you go into control panel then go into programes and features then just remove the printer drivers and software, then reload following the on screen instructions then reboot, should now be a fresh start remember i did say instructions not distructions.
