If Garry sees this then please check you hotmail account as I think it's been hacked.
I have had a couple of strange messages from you regarding Christmas shopping and trying to entice me into clicking links. I've now deleted you from my address book so that future messages will go into junk.
Sorry I have misplaced your phone number.
Stu
ps - Keith I've also put this in the Saglik forum as I know he sometimes reads that.
-
I've also been hacked!
Both blooming hotmail accounts!
So anyone whos got me on msn please ignore any links i send you!
Any ideas how to get rid of this Stoop?

You could try going into your profile and changing your password. Failing that ditch the account and open a new one.
-
every email account is hacked, this is what happens when we send jokes around with multiple contacts! I get loads of offers for many things that have come from CBF members, I know that Anne is not selling Viagra, maybe I am wrong and she is. :D[:o)]
seriously though, I just delete them, not much you can do unless you all stop sending to multiple accounts.

Not quite Loz - these emails are coming via existing friends accounts who have been hacked. If you open any of the links sent you might get more that you expected.
My guess is it's those who use msn messenger as it happened to me a few years back. I don't use it any more.

Yes stoop that is exactly what I mean, it has the friends email address and the link opens to an unwanted website, everything looks like it has come from the friends email account, it will appear in you inbox and not always in the junk mail box. when you contact the email providers they are not interested, it is just tough luck.
If you look at the multiple emails that get sent between friends and you have all the contacts of the previous recipients which can run into 100's then you think the joke is funny and forward it on to another 20 friends. (MSN not excluded)
HACKERS DELIGHT!

That's exactly why I no longer use my hotmail account.
I did contact them complaining about it to be told there's nothing can be done.
I've also had emails from myself to my yahoo account.
Basically I just ignore it now, don't click on any links and delete my spam folder daily.
Changing your password makes no differnce Stoop

Oh Anne is this why you are no longer selling Viagra:D

Not quite - there is no link to open - just the email from Garry's account. It shows from Garry Coffey with his email address in brackets at the side of his name. It also shows:
To: Karl@munchies-uk.com
The message is:
Hello#65281;
It is a long time from our last meeting. How are you doing these days?
Do you still remember that I was worried about the Christmas presents for my family? I bought them from the online shop http://www.royoy. com. They love the presents so much. This shop has so many kinds of goods, clothesing, shoes, and bags, etc. Include so many fashion brands, Gucci, Chanel, Ray ban, Puma, Polo, Paul smith, Tiffany and so on.
You can learn more about them here http://www.royoy. com.
Have a nice time!
