The next quiz on Friday 26th March will be our last one for this year. Usual start at 8.0pm. Come along and make our last quiz a good one. Looking forward to seeing you there. Phil and Pat

Sorry we will miss it xx (are you retiring ?! :D ;))
-
Toni, It doesn't feel like retiring spent all day mixing concrete by hand to repair the road down to your villa in preparation for your Easter visit so you don't drive down the big hole left by the belediye. We are thinking that the Winehouse Restaurant will be busy with people eating during the Summer and they won't want two old folks chucking questions at them while they eat their steak. We may well start again after the Holiday season. It will give us time to think up some really evil questions!!
-
Aw guys we'll miss your quiz as it gave us a chance to be "off duty" and join in.
-
Sorry to here that we'll miss your last quiz this year, arriving next morning! We'll just have to rely on Fi and Eric to exercise our brains this summer.
All the best
Pam and Nick

Phil, just a thought but why not try using a shovel to mix your cement it is a lot easier than using your hands. Better still get Pat to do it, even easier, you could lean on the wall with an Efes and make sure she gets the right mix.
See you both soon

Likewise from us, the animals have gained a lot from the hard work by Phil and Pat, it would be nice to see a return toward the end of the summer.
Thanks for all your work
See you both soon
Van John and jingles (another story!!)

Thanks for that John, I tried to get Pat to mix the concrete but she said she was too busy pushing the wheeelbarrow, dumping the concrete, smoothing it out, pouring my beers and making my lunch, she's not too good at multi-tasking, one more job wouldn't have hurt her. Phil

Dont believe him i saw Pat laid back on the sun bed , drinking a creme-de- menthe frappe !! directing operations, Phil is such a softy realy he has to put on this macho front just for his mates!!!
-
Phil you softy, you spoil her rotten.
Seriously Calvin he could be right because after all if I had that sort of task to do it would, after careful consideration definately all come under the heading of "gardening" which in our neck of the woods comes under womens work, together with washing, cleaning, painting, cleaning the car, window cleaning etc.:D God what have I started now!! 8)
I would be on hand though to supply the cold towels and the occasional drink of water. No alcahol allowed on site, only on the site foremans patio. ;)

Great Last Night, Phil and Pat! What am I going to look forward to now??
