Just thought I'd say hello :D

We've just booked flights to Dalaman for the end of June and are more than likely going to stay at the Violet apts in Calis.

I've been to Turkey before (twice) but not to Calis.

Looking for a fairly relaxed holiday and I think Calis fits the bill nicely. I have been reading some of the posts, particularly restaraunt reviews and I have to say I'm very excited  8)

Hoping to pick up lots more ideas in next couple of months...

Welcome to the CBF, Calis is a great place as is the surrounding areas so take advantage of the Dolmus and get out and about as well.

Hi Lucy and a big welcome to CBF. I own an apartment at Violet and I arrive on 2nd July so you should still be around. I'm sure you'll enjoy Calis, Violet and the Forum  8)

hello everyone. my name is chris bicknell and i'm just checking in. my girlfriend and i are in our late 40s and have just got on the first rung of retiring to turkey. during thousands of hours of surfing the internet i came across your forum and i can't tell you how impressed i am at the breath of information available on it. not only does it give us advice on all the does and donts of buying in turkey but also where we can find the best sprouts and suedes in calis - apparently bob the gardener is the man to see. anyway i'm off now to post my first question - its on mozzies and if anyone can help i'll be much obliged.

hi chris and welcome best forum for info helped us when we were buying,and afterwards for all our questions on where to buy etc, etc.
